The Town of Neihart entered into a Consent Agreement/Final Order, issued under docket No. SDWA-08-2013-0054 issue on September 30, 2013, to simultaneously commence and conclude factual allegations related to its failure to to meet all of the required milestone dates of the third addendum to the Admininstrative Order for actions to be taken at the Town of Neihart PWS. (Third addendum was dated July 5, 2011 and the underlying Order was issued on January 22, 2008.) Under the Consent Agreement/Final Order.
