Respondent, which operates an aquaculture facility known as Canyon Springs Fish Farm, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. and exceeded its NPDES permit limits for Total Suspended Solids and Total Phosphorus. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $25,000.
