The EPA, Department of Justice, and State of Utah entered into a consent decree with Salt Lake County, Utah, to settle alleged violations of the County's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System permit. The Consent Decree requires injunctive relief to remedy the alleged violations as well as a civil penalty to settle the claims.
