Unifirst violated the Maine Air Pollution Control Regulations, 06-096 CMR Charpter 115, Emission License Regulations, in the Maine SIP by failing to apply for and obtain NSR permits upon acquisition of new washers and dryers at its Bangor and Portland facilities. In addition, Unifirst failed to apply f0or and obtain Title V operating permits, as required by 40 C.F.R. Part 70, for the Bangor and Portland facilities.
