EPA entered in to an agreement with Asarco, LLC located in Hayden, AZ for violations of the PCB regulations as it pertains to the continued use, marking and manifesting requirements. The settlement was in the amount of $30,900 and about $116,000 in a Supplmental Environmental Project (SEP). The SEP involved the disposal and replacement of three PCB Transformers witrh non-PCB containing transformers.
