On January 24, 2014, EPA issued a Clean Air Act Administrative Order to Woodland Pulp of Baileyville, Maine. The order finds that Woodland Pulp violated the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Stationary Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines found at 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart ZZZZ by failing to comply with the emergency generator provisions. The Administrative Order requires the company to come into compliance immediately.
