On March 19, 2014, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against Acme Analytical, Inc. for violations of RCRA hazardous waste program requirements. The Region alleged violations of hazardous waste container labeling and inspection requirements. The violations have been corrected. Under the terms of the ESA, the company paid a penalty of $1,500.
