As a result of a tip/complaint, it was discovered by EPA that the Respondent had conducted a Lead-Based Paint abatement project in Bronx, NY in 2013 without submitting the mandatory pre-abatement Notification to EPA. Pursuant to EPA's pilot Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) policy, EPA proposed a fine. The Respondent agreed and settled the matter by payment and agreeing to other terms of compliance as detailed in the Final Order agreement document.
