Facility was in violation of Massachusetts UST leak detection (LD) requirements for failing to annually test line leak detectors and line tightness; failing to maintain LD equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendation, and provide LD on tanks. A field citation was issued requiring owner/operator to perform testing, maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer recomendation, and provide LD on tanks as required by MA UST regulations.
