An EPCRA 312 inspection was conducted at this facility on 8/16/2012. During the inspection it was discovered that the facility failed to provide complete Tier II forms to the SERC, LEPC and fire department for calendar years 2010 and 2011 for the #2 Fuel Oil and diesel fuel that were stored on site.
