TM Deer Park Services Limited Partnershp was inspected by EPA in July 2011 and violations of the Resource Conservatin and Recovery Act were identified. TM Deer Park was required to establish compliance and pay a civil payment of $160,000.00. As of the date of issuance of this Order compliance was established, and the payment should be made within 90 days.
