During 2011, Baldinger had more than 500 lbs of ammonia stored at their facility and, consequently, should have submitted Tier II forms for this chemical to the Minnesota SERC and the St. Paul Fire Department for calendar year 2011 on or before 3/1/2012. Their failure to submit these forms is a violation of EPCRA 312.
