Respondent consents and agrees to undertake additional stabilization efforts at the
Willow Creek crossing and the portion of the Two Medicine crossing that are consistent with the Criteria for Stabilization section of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System General Permit for Discharges from Construction Activities.
