Respondent owned and operated an oil field waste disposal facility known as the Henry Hill Saltwater Disposal located in Stephens County, Texas. On June 25, 2013, EPA inspectors observed that pollutants, specifically oil filed brine and produced wastewater from oil production activities, had been discharged to waters of the United States .
