As a result of a tip/complaint, it was discovered by EPA that the Respondent conducted a Lead-Based Paint abatement project in Bronx, NY in 2012 without submitting the mandatory pre-abatement notification to EPA. Respondent has agreed to modify their work practices and will pay a penalty.
