The Respondent owns and operates the facility located at or near 15 Fisher Avenue in Nanuet, NY, where Respondent specializes in the installation and removal of underground storage tanks. There is also fueling and material storage located on-site. Respondent discharges stormwater associated with industrial activity to a tributary of Muddy Creek and failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC State Pollution Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP) or an individual SPDES permit.
