The Respondent failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC State Pollution Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGP) or an individual SPDES permit. Respondent discharges stormwater associated with industrial activity to a tributary of West Branch Mongaup River.
