On 4/30/2013, EDCOAT LP disclosed violations to EPCRA 311/312. Tier II reports and corresponding MSDS updates had not been submitted for calendar years 2008 through 2012 for methyl ethyl ketone, calcium hydroxide, sulfuric acid and various paint related materials stored in amounts over their reportable quantities during these years. EPA will not seek any gravity-based penalties since EDCOAT has discovered, disclosed and corrected the violations in accordance with the Self-Discovery Policy.
