The Respondent failed to submit the industrial pretreatment program annual report as required by the 40 CFR § 403.12 (i) and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. EPA has found the Respondent to be in violation of the Act and the applicable NPDES regulations for its failure to submit the report by the December 1, 2013 deadline.
