An Administrative Complaint is issued to EXPO New Mexico for violations identified during a November 15, 2011 inspection, conducted by New Mexico Environment Department inspectors on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Violations included illegal discharge of polluted storm water runoff through the City of Albuquerque's Municipal Seperate Storm Sewer System and into the Rio Grande, a water of the U.S. and failure to obtain coverage under the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) permit.
