## Summary

On August 21, 2014, Region 10 issued an administrative order on consent with Jon Koloski to address Clean Water Act violations.  In early 2012, Mr. Koloski violated the CWA Section 404 by constructing a bulkhead after he withdrew his CWA Section 404 permit application from the Army Corps of Engineers.
