On September 25, 2013, EPA conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the Respondent's operated Land Transportation facility. The Respondent is operating without coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES MSGP. Stormwater discharges from the site flow to the Kill Van Kull. An Administrative Order is being issued to order the Respondent to obtain permit coverage.
