This Administrative Order directing compliance with Request for Access requires respondents to grant EPA and its authorized representatives entry and access to Respondents' property, located in Tewksbury and Wilmington, Massachusetts, for the purpose of taking response action activities by, among other things, constructing a multi-layer impermeable cap over the landfill at the Sutton Brook Disposal Area Superfund Site.
