This CERCLA removal action will be implemented by the Dow Chemical Company
and Hi-Tee Plastics, Inc., to mitigate the tlhreats to human health and the environment from the
potential release of PCBs found on-site in the soils and groundwater and infrastructure. While
additional petroleum hydrocarbons and rJetals have been detected on-site, the primary objective
of the removal action is to address the high levels of PCBs
