Unilateral administrative order to thirty parties directing that they undertake the majority of the Remedial Design (RD) of the dredging and capping remedy selected in the September 27, 2013 Record of Decision for the Gowanus Canal Superfund Site, Brooklyn, Kings County, New York. The Order does not include RD tasks related to solids controls for combined sewer overflows (CSOs) and the 1st Street Basin, which are being discussed with the City of New York. The estimated value of the work under the Order is $35 million.
