Emergency Administrative Order (Order) issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the Town of Granger (Town) under section l431 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (Act), 42 U.S.C. § 300i. The EPA has determined that conditions exist at the Mountain Village Park Public Water System (System) that may present an The EPA issued an Emergency Administrative Order following after the occurrence of a situation presenting imminent and substantial endangerment to the persons served by the System. The EPA made this determination based on notification from the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and confirmed by the System’s backup operator of a service interruption in the northern portion of the distribution system caused by the malfunction of a valve and well pump servicing that portion of the distribution system and resulting in the loss of pressure in the northern portion one part of the distribution system.
