On June 6, 2012 ATF Holdings d/b/a Header Products, through their attorney, submitted a voluntary disclosure of potential violations of EPCRA 311, 312 and 313 under the interim New Owners Audit Policy. Violations included 1.) failure to submit MSDSs for lubricants and a list of hazardous chemicals to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department; and 2.) failure to submit Tier II forms for calendar year 2011 to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department by March 1, 2012.
