## Summary

This Order finds Hickory Hills 2nd Addition Water Assiocation has violated the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations by failing to comply with the maximun contaminant lever (MCL) for arsenic. The tentative schedule stated that work to install an arsenic removal system would start in April 2014 and be completed by September 2014.

Hickory Hills 2nd Addition quarterly arsenic sample results have been reliably and consistently below the arsenic MCL of 0.010 milligrams per liter for the past year with a running annual average for arsenic of 0.0069 mg/L as of the fourth quarter of 2016. Finally, EPA records show that the PWS provided quarterly progress reports to EPA as well as public notice to its customers informing them of all quarterly compliance results that were above the arsenic MCL. Therefore, the PWS has met the requirements of the AO.
