On March 18, 2014, a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) was issued to the United States Department of the Army by the U.S. EPA to protect the public health and environment. The UAO requires the Army to eliminate the imminent and substantial endangerment posed by the 15 million pounds of M6 propellant stored at Camp Minden, Louisiana.
