On February 23, 2021, a Consent Decree was entered by the court for the Gulfco Marine Superfund Site. The 17 settling parties agreed to pay $1.2M in past costs and an estimated $660,000 in future work and will pay an estimated $350,000 in future oversight costs. The total value of the settlement is nearly $2M.
