On 7/10/2013, during an EPCRA 311/312 compliance inspection, it was discovered that the Colonial Warehouse Building has an underground storage tank with 41,760 pounds of fuel oil (4.1 x RQ) present in the tank. A Tier II form reflecting the storage of this substance was not submitted to the SERC, LEPC or local fire department.
