On March 5, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to the Calcasieu Parish WW District No 9 (Respondent) for violations at its Carlyss water system, located in Sulphur.
