The Agreement concerns the Hilliards Creek Superfund Site located in the Borough of Gibbsboro, New Jersey. Samples collected at the site indicated a release of hazardous substances to the environment, including arsenic and lead. The Settling Party implemented a response action at the site, pursuant to an Administrative Order on Consent for Removal Action. EPA incurred response costs and alleges the Settling Party is liable for payment of the response costs.
