On June 30, 2014, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of Section 311(b) of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. §1321(b)(3), by Keller Transport, Inc. On September 29, 2010, a Keller Transport truck failed to negotiate a corner on U.S. Highway 12 at Mile Post 136.5 along the Lochsa River in Idaho. The accident punctured the tanks and resulted in a discharge of approximately 7,550 gallons (179.76 barrels) of diesel. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $20,000.
