On May 5, 2014, Region 10 issued a unilateral administrative order to require the Wolf Den Restaurant, owner and operator of the Wolf Den Restaurant Public Drinking Water System, to correct significant deficiencies identified at the system during a Sanitary Survey on October 20, 2011, or provide a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with a steps and timelines to address the deficiencies. The order requires the Respondent to either correct the deficiencies or submit a CAP within 30 days.
