This expedited settlement is an agreement between EPA and Regency Construction Company, Inc to resolve an administrative action for the respondent's alleged failure to obtain firm certification from EPA before perfoming renovations for compensation as required under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The respondent agrees to pay a civil penalty of $1,000.
