This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into by the US EPA and the Dow Chemical Company. This settlement provides for Dow's implementation of a non-time critical removal action selected by the US EPA, and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the US at or in connection with addressing sediment and riverbank soil contaminated with dioxins and furans within Segment 2 of the Tittabawassee River, Saginaw River & Bay Site.
