On March 4, 2014, Region 10 entered into a compliance order by consent with Omak Wood Products, LLC, for alleged opacity and other violations of the CAA for operations of a plywood mill wholly operated by the company under a lease with the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. The facility is located within the exterior boundaries of the Colville Reservation, near Omak, WA and owned by the Tribe. Respondent agrees in the compliance order to additional emission testing and to develop an operation and maintenance plan to ensure facility compliance.
