Respondent's facility located at 311 North Sheridan, Remus, Michigan had present at the facility anhydrous ammonia in quantities exceeding 10,000 lbs. during CY1999 through 2011. Based on an analysis of factors specified in Section 113(e) of the CAA, US EPA determined a civil penalty appropriate to be $54,600.00. Respondent must pay this within 30 days of the effective date of this CAFO.
