The Respondent owns and operates the Molitor Water Pollution Control Facility located in Chatham, NJ. EPA conducted an inspection of the facility on April 22, 2014 and identified violations of the NJPDES Industrial General Permit including failure to conduct and document employee training, monthly and annual inspections and an unauthorized non-stormwater discharge via an overflow pipe. Stormwater discharge from the site flows to the Passaic River.
