USEPA and PBG MI LLC agreed to the settlement of this action before the filing of a complaint in their and in the public interest. EPA alleges that respondent failed to timely submit a completed emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form for the year 2012.EPA nad Respondent agree that respondent must submit a check in the amount of $2,000.00 payable to USEPA. Respondent has submitted a check for payment in full of the penalty of $2,000.00.
