On June 3, 2014, Region 10 issued a unilateral administrative order to require Bingman�s Apartments (d.b.a. Bayview Terrace), owner and operator of the Bingman�s Apartments Public Water System, to return the system to compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) within 90 days. The order requires Bayview Terrace to monitor for specified pollutants.  The Order also requires Bayview Terrace to provide notice of its failure to comply with SDWA monitoring requirements and a Consumer Confidence Report detailing the quality of the water provided to the water system�s customers.
