The City of Albuquerque, Respondent, owned operated the Pino Maintenance Yards, a vehicle maintenance facility, located in albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. AO issued for not having permit coverage under Sector P of the EPA MSGP. Violation were identified during an August 2, 2013 inspection by NMED on behalf of EPA.
