This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between EPA and the respondent, Advanced Sterilization Products, Division of Ethicon, Inc, to resolve an administrative order for alleged violations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. The Respondent consents to a penalty of $136,800.
