EPA alleges that on a number of occassions, Builders License Training Institute failed to notify EPA of all renovator courses provided, as required by 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c)(13) of TSCA. This Respondent entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to resolve this matter
