Nexeo Solutions, LLC, Garland, TX, acquired the property on February 17, 2011, from Ashland and began operating the facility in April 2011, as a hazardous waste, treatment, and disposal facility. Inspections were conducted at Nexeo Solutions on December 17-20, 2012, January 11, 2013, and September 24, 2013, and it was determined that Nexeo Solutions failed to submit permit modifications, to comply with permit conditions, to meet facility standards, to meet container storage requirements, and to meet training requirements. Prior to filing the Consent Agreement and Final Order on June 19, 2014, Nexeo Solutions demonstrated compliance with the recordkeeping and paperwork violations. This Order requires Nexeo Solutions to pay a penalty of $374,058.00 within 30days.
