An Administrative Order is being issued to Anderson Schumaker, of Chicago, Illinois, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA). EPA sent a CAA Section 114 Information Request to Anderson Schumaker on November 13, 2013. Anderson Schumaker was required to reply within 30 days after the Request was received. Since November, EPA staff have had numerous conversations with company representatives and assertions that the company would provide the required information. However, no response to the Request has been received to date. Therefore, EPA is ordering Anderson Schumaker to respond to the CAA Section 114 Information Request.
