Among other things, the Order alleges that you, as owner and/or operator of the
Lemaster Enterprise public water system (System), have violated the National Primary Drinking
Water Regulations at 40 C.P.R. part 141. The Order issued to Linda Capps on April 24, 2012,
will remain in full force and effect until the assessed penalty for violations of that Order
is paid.
