On September 3, 2014, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order with Rim Fire Ranch, LLC. (Respondent) for alleged violations of the CWA at Sage Dairy, LLC near Emmett Idaho. The Respondent operated waste lagoons for the leased facilty which is a large unpermitted Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO). Alleged CWA violations include discharges at the Facility during the 2013. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $17,600.
