On June 18, 2014, a Consent Agreement and Final Order was issued to Leading Edge Aviation, Amarillo Texas for shipping large quantities of hzardous waste outside of Texas and to provide accurate notificaion of its waste activities t EPA or the authorized State. As a result of penalty of $70,840 was assessed.
